The full line of Ammann Pavers offers a match for virtually any paving application. That includes narrow streets requiring small, manoeuvrable machines and open spaces where the paver needs to cover ground quickly and still leave behind a quality mat.
The AFT500 is built to provide power and productivity, with tracks that pull the paver through challenging conditions. The track system has rubber pads and an automatic tensioning system with a grease accumulator. The hydrostatic transmission is engaged by variable-flow pumps that feed two motors, with displacements attached to the planetary gearboxes that operate the tracks. An electronic and proportional control mounted on each pump provides a progressive start/stop and maintains a constant set speed.
The AFT350 has surprisingly wide paving capabilities given its compact nature. These track pavers place asphalt at widths of up to 4.5 m. They are ideally suited to small- and medium-sized jobsites with restricted environments where manoeuvrability is required. This paver is a good fit for jobsites on difficult ground and it ensures thorough leveling.
The track system of the AFT270 makes it ideally suited for tight jobsites with difficult underfoot conditions. The paver leaves behind a level mat even in challenging conditions. The tracks are equipped with rubber pads and an automatic tension system with a grease accumulator.
Man-on-board operations are conducted from an adjustable seat that can slide left or right. The high operator positioning provides an excellent view into the hopper. The dashboard adjusts with the seat position to facilitate ease of operation. On-the-road operators utilise ground controls with anti-vandal guards. The machine is equipped with a hydraulically foldable canopy that covers the operator stand.
Open Platform (F-Version):
The AFT 270 is also available with an open platform (F-Version), which allows the operator to stand. The dashboard and the operator platform are mounted behind the machine, providing the operator with the best view of the screed and hopper.
